n the second of our visits to The Beehive within the week we reacquaint ourselves with an old friend, a wandering troubadour from Texas who has been making regular sojourns to SoP for several years now and now makes two for us over the same weekend.

We finally welcome Jamie Hawkins back into the bosom of the SoP family for the first time since the Unplugged sessions twanged their last string late last year. This time however, rather than as a promoter, Jamie returns in his more regular guise as one of the most accomplished local singer songwriters on the circuit

Swindon goes POP!
On Thursday 16th March we present a line-up featuring two bands that take dreampop in two very different directions – similarly atmospheric, sweeping and melodic, but sounding vastly different in tone and disposition. The third piece of this musical puzzle adds a more bombastic, indie-guitar attitude to proceedings.

Jonny brings The Thunder
Our residency at The Golden Lion in Bristol hits month three and continues to go from strength to strength and this month we have a beauty. Sunday 12th March sees Oxford based troubadour Jonny Payne arrive with his band The Thunder.
