SoP Live – Promoters of the best in grassroots live music

After the madness of the last week and a glut of fabulous SoP shows we calm it down with just the single Unplugged effort this week, although it is a bit of a different show…

Wednesday 30th March 2016 – Indoor Goblin & Emily-Jane Sheppard Unplugged @ The Roaring Donkey

The fantastically named Indoor Goblin brings you a collection of dream-poetry piano songs. A solo project from the talented Sumita Majumdar, one of our regular audience members at these shows, Indoor Goblin aims to present imagination clouds through a mixture of musical creations, combining spoken word with story-singing, hypnotic piano loops and glittery glockenspiel melodies.

In support is the more traditionally named but no less fabulous Emily-Jane Sheppard, a local solo acoustic artist who will be performing a collection of covers and originals ranging from melodic instrumentals to punchy acoustic numbers with strong vocals.
